The infrared laser emitted from this product is safe in ordinary use. Note, however, that you should not look into the optics from the objective side using an optical instrument such as a loupe or binoculars. Be sure to read the cautions/warnings in the instruction manual. 7.Waterproof construction
The LASER 1200S's watertight construction enables it to be used in heavy rain. (Although tested by dipping in water at a depth of 2m for 5 minutes, it is not designed for underwater use.)
